In August 2011 Gluaiseacht part-funded 3 people to participate in a European Forum in Austria on Food Sovereignty as part of an Irish Delegation to then come home to increase awareness on this increasingly important worldwide issue. Below is a press release and a report on the forum.
The 2010 Rossport Solidarity June Gathering was a huge success, with a crowd of over 250 people, many inspiring workshops, a great party with bonfire singalongs, and blasting sunshine.
